Coastal Building Solutions expands the size and scope of business to meet increased demands to better serve customers using key points such as operational changes, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and project management. CBS uses new technology, regulatory hiring, internal and external operation adjustments, and because of our attachment to high-risk jobs we have a strong focus on reducing safety and environmental hazards resilient to high risks to support regulatory compliance. We coordinate with additional staff, project management, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors from pre-design to project completion.

Small Scale Construction tasks include fixing sewage systems or remodeling building interiors or exteriors.

Medium - Scale Construction involves more complex tasks such as expanding spaces or building new structures from ground up. They can take several months to a year to complete.

Large - Scale Construction that includes major developments like hotels, airports, and government buildings. These projects are extensive, often taking several years to complete and involve large teams and heavy equipment.
